Um, okay, to all the people I inadvertently snubbed last night, I'M SORRY! Especially to

bstem03. Sowwy Sammers. My brother and sister came over right after I got out of the shower and we threw an impromptu anniversary party for them. That's why I never came back... I SO SOWWY!! FORGIVE ME!! *sob*

So yeah, as I was saying, bro & sis came over yesterday. I helped the boys make a happy anniversary banner in secret (or so THEY thought, lol), sign a nice card & everything. My gift was the DMB tickets I got them for the concert in Sept., mom got them a rose bush (she's so sentimental... you should have seen her sappy card), we ate boston cream pie, there was confetti, lots of fuss from the boys, and that whole gig yannow. Oh, I also tried to give them THIS for their card, but I couldn't figure out how to send it, so I just showed it to them and recited my message aloud. Heh. Love slygreetings.com.

ALSO! I got to watch 12 Monkeys FINALLY! BWAAAAAHAHAHA!!! I'm very excited about that. Crazy naked angsty Bruce Willis goodness. Love that movie (and no, not just because I'm a pervy action film star fancier). Sandy slept through it. So did Cinnamon (whom I forgot to mention, came for a visit. Teddy was NOT happy. Teddy tried to eat her, which is really funny when you think about it. He also went and ate all her dog food, just to show her up. It was quite amusing watching a tiny fluff-ball of a cat dominate over a rather good-sized dog. But then again, he does take after his mommy. *wink*).

I wanted Sands to stay and come to the meeting with me this morning, but she protested. They went home around 11:30, I checked for Farscape and not finding it on decided to read a bit out of The Three Musketeers (PORTHOS HAS FINALLY ENTERED THE STORY! WHOOP! I KNEW IT WAS HIM THE SECOND THEY BEGAN DESCRIBING THE WEIRD OUTFIT HE WAS IN! HEEE LOVE HIM!), and went to bed around 3am (4am current time).

THEN, TODAY: Me and mom went shopping. Which reminds me, today my Theme For The Day is:

Mom: Thank goodness for tinted windows!
Me: These windows aren't tinted, mom.
Mom: Oh, well thank goodness for her not noticing us, then!

Bwaaaahahahahaha!! After we were done shopping in the mall (it took FOREVER and I still don't have a dress for Memorial. ARGH!) we went to the KH in Concord to wait for my dad & the Stockwells to arrive so they could go over their assembly part. So we're sitting in our car in the parking lot and along comes this sister my mom has met a couple times through Sandy H. and Juanita. But my mom couldn't remember her name, so when the sister didn't stop to say hello, out came my quote of the day. lol, I love her. I told her when I got home I'd start a journal entry entitled "Top Ten Funniest Things My Mom Has Said in the Last Year." I may do that later, too. She's absolutely hysterical. I had her in tears with all the things I remembered her saying within the last couple months.

But anyways...

After Mom, Dad & Eric were done rehearsing their part, we all went out to Margarita's for dinner. I've never actually eaten there, even though Jonna worked there for a couple years. Heh. It was good food (Mexican), and we got to sit in one of the old cells! (Margarita's is in what used to be the old Concord Jail House... which, coincidentally, made The Discovery Channel's top ten list of the Most Haunted Places in America). Plus, I really like Eric and Dee, so it was a good meal.

Came home, played Farscape (because I'm addicted and the game cracks me the heck up, even if I do die at the Raiders encampment EVERY SINGLE TIME), then played a bit of Murkon's Refuge. I was checking the Armor Class of all my characters and was EXTREMELY AMUSED to discover that Billy is dressed almost completely in leather. I mumbled aloud to myself that somewhere along the line my subconscious began an attempt to form some kind of kinky fantasy into reality. BWAAAHAHAHAHA. *shudders* I'm so disturbed by that fact, but STILL. BILLY IN LEATHER! *squeak*

Anyway, I'm gonna finish up my game now and talk to Alicia, Liz, & Allia. Hopefully they'll stop messing around and listen to me long enough to retain the fact that I have to LEAVE in a couple minutes to go record Farscape (Back and Back to the Future, hee) so they better get our plans for tomorrow figured out before then. Ugh.

OH, I'd like a general consensus on this, 'cause me and Brian fought about it last night: Who is cooler, Nerds or Geeks? I told him Geeks were kids like Elijah Wood, Johnny Depp, etc, and Nerds were kids like Steve Urkel, George McFly, etc. But he seems to think it's the other way around. *sigh* So help me prove my point. ;)
