I need help...

does anyone know of any programs I can use to convert video formats? Say I have a *.ram file I want to convert to *.avi, is there a program I can use for that? If not already on my computer, something free that wont leave credits or symbols on the outgoing file? If you can help I'd appreciate it.

Spent my night doing random things. ER was a rerun tonight! How distressing! *sigh* I had some ice cream and that made up for it. lol. Anyway, not much to report. Just listening to TTT soundtrack now and working on presentses for Bria. Muahahaha. I'll be going to bed soon though.

Went to Dr. Bell's today. I FEEL SO MUCH BETTER. Thank goodness for chiropractors. Also, he approved of my Jungle Monkey T-Shirt, so that was a plus. lol. I love Curious George. Also when we came home I was VERY amused to notice that, while cutting wood the other day, my dad had carved a smiley face into one piece. Oh the joy. That was funny. He's a happy log! rotfl.
