ladyoflorien: (Billy - Dom's an idiot! (chicken_icons))
Every single time my family goes to a meeting I have to get tortured by the most horrific sight on the way home. Some fool idiot has his CLASSIC MUSTANG sitting OUTSIDE, NOT EVEN COVERED, and it's just blanketed with snow and ice. It makes me cringe every time we drive by. Oh man, it makes me sick. It's so covered that I can't really tell what year it is, but I think it may be a '67. Beautiful year. Cherry red. Looks like it WAS in good condition. WHAT KIND OF MORON LEAVES A BEAUTIFUL CAR LIKE THAT OUT IN THE SNOW AND ICE?!?!?! GOSH, it makes me SICK.

Sorry. Car freak. Honestly, my dad must constantly be thinking some chromosome went wrong somewhere because aside from my regrettably female form I'm such a boy. Oh, and the fact that omgboysarelikesocuteandstuff. *shakes head* I should have been made a boy, darn him for screwing it up (it's the male that determines the gender of their child). A very gay boy, but a boy nonetheless.

And the basement reeks. Our PO is remodeling our bathroom down here for us, and he used some glue that smells like the septic system just exploded (for all ya'll city dwellers, it's like having a sewer run through your bedroom). It's NASTY. On top of that it's the coldest here than it has been since 1980. It's about 3 degrees outside, NOT considering windchill, and the wind has been gusting anywhere from 15 to 25 degrees today. It's. friggin. COLD. yo.

Umm right. I have to clean and stuff because Allia is coming over. And shower. And... stuff. I really should factor e-mail and friends pages and whatnot into the equation, but right now it's not my top priority.

Superbowl tomorrow! What movie should I watch beforehand? I'm thinking maybe 5th Element or Edward Scissorhands (been talking about it so much lately that I really want to watch it). I'm not sure though. I am really REALLY DYING to go see Big Fish again. Again! For a third time! Three times in little over two weeks? Guh, but I swear I'm dying to see it again. I can't get it out of my mind!

It's funny, I figured I would have seen RotK at least 4 or 5 times by now. I mean, by this time the previous years I had seen FotR at LEAST 4 times and TTT at least twice. And here I haven't seen RotK since opening night and I have absolutely no desire at all to see it again. None whatsoever. It's kinda sad, I was counting on this high for a few months until the DVD's come out next fall, but I guess some things just don't turn out the way you'd hope they would. At least in it's stead I have Big Fish, and when you think about it miracles in movies don't happen often, so I'm glad it happened now. I can imagine myself decades from now with children of my own and having them watch this movie like it's a "classic" and adore it as much as this generation has. Because honestly, this kind of movie doesn't happen every day. I'm glad it happened now.

Right. Cleaning. Then shower. Okay, I'm off.
