Borders on-line did a little video interview thing (that can be found here) and showed off three different recipes, and gooooooood god, man. *salivates* Want all. Especially that broccolini salad thing. And I'm definitely going to be stealing the recipe for that brine. YUM!
Sometimes I think I want to do a cooking journal. Not a hugely intensive thing, but the occasional recipe post or cooking tip and info type thing. Because it's hugely underestimated how much a good, healthy meal can contribute to one's happiness.
In other news, holy CRAP the prices on the Farscape boxed set keep going up by leaps and bounds. I just. GAH. *weeps bitter tears of... bitterness!*
