Stuff I found and spoils from my friends page... part 2
More userpics for paid users!
We're happy with our Akamai+NetApp setup, so we upped the limits and now all paid users have 15 userpics instead of 10.
Yaaay! Now I don't feel COMPLETELY left out while I wait for the spare change I need to buy more icons. :D 5 more spaces... Hmmm which icons to use...
BTW, I find the new phonepost/storage space/e-mail posts news (found on the main page) incredibly fascinating. I might have to play around with some of this stuff later! :D
And now, back to the grind (IE: going through friends page entries)

tallories' journal: And, because this has been grossly underreported: James "Radio" Kennedy, the subject of the current motion picture Radio, lost his home in an accidental fire last Saturday. He escaped unharmed along with his two brothers and sister-in-law, but all of his possessions were lost, including souvenirs from the movie and his collection of radios. Sports Illustrated had this to say: "Ten days earlier Radio had stepped out a limousine in a tuxedo and wept in joy on the red carpet in front of a theater complex in Anderson as hundreds of townspeople chanted his name at the local premiere of his movie... on Saturday, Radio sobbed again as the home he has lived in for almost 40 years was destroyed." The Anderson Independent Mail has articles here and here. That was totally depressing and sad. :(
In other news, you guys haven't posted any new goodies! What's up with that? Well, sure, there's a FEW, but my friends page bounties are considerably lessened of late. *shrug* Oh well. At least I'm done now, I've read ALL the posts I've missed (I kid you not, I screamed in jubilation when I read the last post - I don't even care that I know there will be more waiting for me when/if I ever reload my friends page). Now all I have to do is go through my e-mails/LJ comments.
*groans*
PS. GIP! I LOVE IT SO! Even if only a handful of people aside from myself actually find it as amusing as I do, I still think it's the funniest thing on the planet as of this moment.
