Yes, you heard me right. There's new BSB news! I probably should have posted this when I first found out (appropriately on August 22, Howie's birthday... god, don't ask me why I remember that) but I'm a loser. Guess what everybody? HOWIE IS ENGAGED! ...Yes, to a woman! Sheesh. See the story here. Frankly? Good for him. He always wanted to be married. Also, dude? he's recording music with a Japanese band? Two of my favorite things are melding?! Seriously?? Wow. I can't wait to hear the song (entitled "If still matters - Ai wa nemurana").

Also in BSB news (albeit much older news), Kevin's baby boy, Mason, was born in July. Aww, yay. *sniff sniff* My boys are all grown up! AND WHO IS EXCITED FOR THE NEW ALBUM?? Even without Kevin... I'm excited... and I'm hoping since it was recorded with just the 4 of them that they're going to do something a little different than the regular BSB material. I'M STILL WAITING FOR SOME A CAPELLA, DAMN IT! But I guess you can't do a capella without a baritone... stupid Kevin.

Anyway, I'll be trying to get my hands on the new single! I'm sure I'll be posting about it soon enough! :)

Amusing anime cross-over: FMA vs Ouran Host Club. This is one of the funniest comics I've seen in a while. Just the idea of Full-Metal Alchemist and Ouran together is... wow. "Boooom-ness" is right. ;)

An unofficial list of the best sci-fi/fantasy films. I found the list quite interesting, so I thought I'd share. I also followed a link on that page to a Johnny Depp article, and snagged this line to share: "Imagine this profile covered with dark, deep, delicious chocolate and fresh raspberries with a dash of musky wood, tobacco and sweat." Um, okay, perfect description of Johnny Depp ever? I do think so. Seriously, I read that and thought "How cool!" Not since an old fanfic several years ago where they described a character as smelling like "rich brown leather and cinnamon gum" have I found a description such as that perfect prose. Because, yeah, that's how I picture Johnny Depp. So true.

Haha, poor Howie. I always knew he wasn't gay, but I never said anything about it because I figured people would mock me and say I only thought that because I was a teeny and didn't want to admit that he wasn't straight. *shrug* I think he's effeminate, but he never acted like any gay guy I've ever known. A lot of straight boys today act girly... it's slightly disturbing. o_O

THAT'S WHAT I'M SAYIN'! I'm impressed word never got out. But then again, I don't think any BSB fans EXPECTED him to have a girlfriend either, so perhaps that helped him keep it a secret. ;)

I never did find them but I found a pair of white pants at Holister outlet for $13.

Tonight dad and I watched Galaxy quest - I ended up buying it from Walmart for $5. (Along with Dogma and My Cousin Vinny - all $5 each) Dad decided it was worth that munch money and decided it was so bad it was good. lmfao! (Seemed the thing to watch before Con.) Tomorrow night we're watching Robin Hood Men in Tights.

Also if you're going to send me any money you should also send it to my parents house soon, if not I'll give you B's address. (Assuming she premits.)

Yeah, you were in focus mode, so I didn't expect you heard me. I eventually stopped asking. No worries.

Cool, $13 isn't bad. I tried on my white pants from my Padme costume the other day and they still fit pretty well. :) Next year I'm going to con if it KILLS me, and we'll have to coordinate days to be Padme and Leia at the same time. ;)

Exactly! Its cheapness is what makes it so awesome! I mean cheap as in how it was made, not the price you paid for it. It's just a blatant ripoff of all sci-fi series, with so many plot holes in it (on purpose, of course). It's the best movie of all time. ;) Aside from Spaceballs, that is (which will always be the ultimate sci-fi ripoff).

I probably won't be sending any money. All of my recent job applications have been rejected, and I'm going to have to go on a trip to NH the first week of October, so I really have to start saving my pennies. I really really really want Brent Spiner's autograph, but I just can't justify spending the money for it. Sigh, Rhaich! ...I'm cursing in Elvish again.

Whatever you can get me for free will be much appreciated. If nothing is free... I'll understand.
