Laaaaaa.
I went to see "Uptown Girls" tonight. ... Yeah, it was good if you like that sort of movie. The best part was the guitars. Oooooh baby. She (Brittany Murphy) was supposed to be Tony Gunn (a famous musician)'s daughter, so she had this room with about 30 different guitars in it. Drool fest for the Gabby. And the end scene was awesome, too. Really good ending. I probably wouldn't have liked it as much if it wasn't for the company I was with though. Meg, Lexi, and Brit Avola. Crazy crazy girls. We left pretty early actually and hung around Weirs. I'd say me and Meg got to Lexi's house around 6ish or so, and the movie didn't start till 8:10. So the four of us left, me and Meg in Meg's truck, Brit and Lexi in Brit's Jeep (NICE), and went to Wendy's for dinner. Actually, me and Meg were so ahead of Brit's car that we stopped at Dunkin' Donuts for coolatas and still got there while they were in line. Bwahaha.
After that we walked around Weirs Beach for a bit. Got hit on by scary biker dudes more than once, which was an experience let me tell you. LOL. I was afraid the girls were gonna get dragged off and raped so we left after about an hour LOL, it sucks being the oldest by several years. Means I need to be the "responsible adult." *snort* AHAHAHA. Yeah so anyway, it was fun regardless of the whistling and bad pick up lines. ;) Anyways, back to the movie.
This was my first time as far as I can recall going to a drive-in theater. It was neat. I was expecting the little clip on speaker things though, so was a bit disappointed when all we had to do was turn on the radio. We threw a mattress and several sleeping bags in the bed of Meg's truck and all stretched out back there for the movie, which totally rocked. It was a very cozy movie-going experience, even though I got bit by some ravenous bug on my thumb TWICE and now it's twice it's normal size and bright red. Yeah. Hurts to even bend it. Little Bastard.
Oh oh, and Mars was SO BIG tonight. I noticed the sky was REALLY clear at the movie theater so at one point I searched for it. I can't WAIT for next Wednesday. It's going to be AMAZING. So so gorgeous.
Anyways, there's my night for you. I'll spare you the details of my exploding bladder and the horrid search for a bathroom tale. Muahaha. Yeah, never gonna do that again. So anyways, it's now time for some of my...
