bria_mclean: *They chase each other around a couch where Norrington pleasantly sips tea talking with Will and Elizabeth*

bria_mclean: *Jack turns to face Jo. "Love it wasn't my fault!" Jo nears him waving her cane in the air. "You visiting Alana Murphy's bedroom at sunset wasn't your fault?! the lass has it for you since we was young!"*

bria_mclean: *Jack Grins. "I still am young love. I'm captain-" Jo cuts him off, "We know, you're Bloody Captain Jack Sparrow and you prance around with more make up on ye face and more beads in your hair than a woman does! Jo picks at her clothes and pretends to prance around like a foolish young girl.*
bria_mclean: *Jack raises cane. "Why you good fer nothin' sea wench!" They have a mock sword fight for a few parries before they both lose their balance and fall down.*
mustang_girl14: LOL
bria_mclean: *Will sips his tea. "It's nice to know some things never change." Elizabeth snuggles closer to him, "Aye love." They both watch the pirates on the floor in amusement as they still try to kill each other.*
bria_mclean: *Norrington remains unaffected and sips his tea. "I'm glad I never hanged him. It would have been a shame to miss this entertainment."*

Well that's disappointing. Tell her she doesn't get her hints today, then, since her present is almost finished. Oh, and that she's still in denial. Jack's been telling Tortuga stories all day. ;) :D

Okay, done channeling Gollum. And jack can tell all the stories he wants because in the end that's all they are - stories. Not a single word of truth is ever uttered about his escapades and conquests.

Okay, first of all denial is not an excuse, it's a fact. I cannot help it if you're in denial about being in denial.

Second of all, it is NOT a "birthday" present. It's a "because I FEEL like it" present. Get it right! Or I might just FEEL like not giving it to you!

And THIRD of all...

And jack can tell all the stories he wants because in the end that's all they are - stories. Not a single word of truth is ever uttered about his escapades and conquests.

But what about the time he vanished from under the eyes of seven agents of the East India Company? Or when he sacked Nassau Port without even firing a shot? Do you mean to tell me he never impersonated an officer of the Spanish Royal Navy, OR a cleric of the Church of England?

....

I don't believe it, lass. After all, he is Captain Jack Sparrow.

And he's dishonest, love, NOT untruthful. :-D

Second, Okay so he DID vanash from seve East India Company Agents, he didn't fire a shot because he was saving it for Barbossa, I'm not sure about the Spanish Royal Navy bit - that was before I met him, and the story centered around the clerk of the Curch of England was actually quite humerous - I was there for that one.

Captain Jack Sparrow can be trusted to alwasy be dishonest. And with dishonesty comes untruthfulness. Ye have to tell lies to get away with being dishonest sometimes. And other times you just don't tell the whole truth (Which me dad says is the same thing as lyin'). However all I meant about not belevin' his stories are all his stories involving women are lies. AnaMaria, myself and others at Tortuga can vouch for that.

Aye, ye right love. Suppose I do love ye. I'll be nice, honest. Nevermind that I'm a dishonest woman and dishonest women can always be trusted to be dishonest. Honestly! It's the honest ones you need to look out for, cause you never know when they're going to do something incredably... stupid.
