Ah yes. I love it. Played Mario Cart with my nephews today for about 4 hours. My thumb still hurts. But that was a good time, oh yeah. Also, they have a Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles video game. !!!! Why do I not own this???
Hi everyone, as you all know the fires are all over southern california. Yesterday around 3pm there was a voluntary evacuation in my neighborhood due to a fire on the other side of Mission Gorge Rd. When the winds started to pick up around 5pm there was a mandatory evac from Mission Gorge to Princess View and up to Waring Rd. and up to Navajo and past Cowles Mountain. The air is so thick with the smoke that it is hard to breathe at times and visibility....well...there's not much. These fires have started in Ramona and traveled over 150,000 acres reaching Scripps Ranch, Poway, Santee, Crest (on the other side of El Cajon by Sycuan), and Tierrasanta. There have been hundreds of building burnt to the ground and only 13 deaths so far. Mayor Dick Murphy has said that the fires will be contained within 5 days. But that is if we get the help we need because all of our firefighters are up in San Bernadino fighting that fire. While I look outside my window it reminds me of 9-11. It's so dark and smokey. All of the roads have been blocked off to incoming traffic on my block. Well keep all of us in your thoughts cuz you all know what it's like to have three Italian females under one roof (i think we should get a video camera......many nights of entertainment is about to evolve).

Also I got an e-mail from Allia, who yelled at me for not going to the corn maze Saturday because she got stuck on a team with MEG THE KEG (from whence this nickname came I do not know, but I am definitely intrigued) who complained the whole time because they got lost. ... It was a maze. Did she expect they wouldn't get lost the whole night? Anyway, this is all apparently my fault and that, of course, amuses me a great deal. A. GREAT. deal. I really can't lie and say I wasn't glad I couldn't make it, because somehow I would have ended up on the team with Meg, and if you've ever heard Meg complain/whine/bitch/moan, you'd completely understand Allia's pain. I feel for her. I really, really do. But I can't help but be terribly amused. Well, I WAS terribly amused up until just now when Meg IM'd me with "Why don't we hang out or talk anymore?" and then signed off. Oh man. This is gonna hurt. And I'm probably gonna be the one hurting. This sucks.
Now, some really fun quizzes I stole from my friends page, then sleep. Yessum.

Apparently me and the 8 people on my friends list that have already done that have absolutely nothing in common save for mozzarella and a "perfectly baked crust." Well, I guess I know who I wont invite over for a pizza party now! ;) Although me and B2 could share a pepperoni pizza no problem.
I feel somewhat insulted.
Well hell if that isn't the understatement of the year. PROTECTION from mischief? *shakes head* Oh no, we CAUSE it buddy.
Yes, I am ashamed of this next one. But curiosity killed the cat.
