LordoLorien (12:51:32 AM): okay, on that note, I leave

On another note: I LOVE [livejournal.com profile] silvercharmer DEARLY!

[livejournal.com profile] orangesnow, don't forget about soup day. ;)

I saw another commercial for Master And Commander tonight, one that wasn't COMPLETELY Russel Crow-centric, and yet still no glimpse of my Billy. *sigh* Disappointment abounds in my heart. :(

DID ANYBODY KNOW THERE WAS A SEQUEL WRITTEN TO PRINCESS BRIDE??? Okay, I fancied myself a big fan, too. *shakes head* Bad Gabby, bad...

I'm "listening" to TTT right now. :D Heh.

"Master says, 'show him the way to Mordor,' so good Smeagol does what master says so..."

Actually, there isn't... as such. William Goldman included a chapter from the supposed "sequal" in the 25th anniversary edition of TPB, but by all acounts he never intended to write a complete follow-up.

*shrug* I heard it was a couple chapters. That counts as a sequel to me, as it is not part of the original book.

Buttercup's Baby??? I had never even heard of this.

(In other news, I just realized I don't have any icons with John, other than my "annoyed" one... eep!)

Hrrrrm, I think you're right. It was more than one chapter, just not a whole book. It was still cool, though :)

*burns with envy*

Thank you, Fabulous Gabulous. :D

Yeah, it was like... Buttercup's Baby or something? I think it's in my book, I just didn't bother reading it. Lol. I love The Princess Bride, though. :D

I love it too. Ever since I was like yea high.

...

You may not be able to see it, but I'm gesturing to only a few feet high. ;)

Lol. I cannot claim the same. I just read/watched it this past summer. But it's one of my two favorite books. Children of Dune is the other.

Eep! o_O

I am disappointed in you.

CAREY ELWES, SARAH! HE IS MY BOYFRIEND!

!!!!

LOL! I love the part where she's all kissing him on the bed and he's like "Gently... GENTLY!" and then she drops his head and it thwacks the wall. Comedy and cuteness all at once.

And of course at the beginning with all the "As you wish." -es. Awww. <3

Oooooh don't get me started. Really. My fingers are just itching to start writing some Princess Bride quotes, but if I start now this post will be at least 4 pages long.

Lord I love that movie.
