Beh.

Do you know that it's near IMPOSSIBLE to find any Dom fic on-line that ISN'T slash??? Hmph. Well, I guess I'll just have to change that, then. Having nothing to refer to sucks, but I can cope. People tell me I'm inhumanly good at reading and understanding others, so I'll just have to flex my muscles in that respect and see what I come up with.

The Billboard Awards were a waste of time. No sign of my Boys anywhere, though honestly I didn't really expect to see them. I hoped to see them, but I figured it might all end up rumor and circumstance. Oh well. Oprah was good enough for me (and might I add that I had Kevin so pegged. I almost wrote AJ!angst!fic in which Kevin acted exactly the way they said he did in the interview). Highlights of the evening were Nick & Jessica Lachey, Sting my love, and Celine Dion's hideousness.

This night has turned out to be complete crap. I can't concentrate on anything, and I haven't got not one word of my talk written. Not to mention the fact that my family sucks, and my computer has decided I'm "out of memory" again and wont let me run more than 4 programs at once. Yahoo crashed and now the window is all smushed and funky. Whatever, I don't care anymore.

The only good things about tonight are I saw my first commercial for "Big Fish" (during Law and Order around 10:30ish) which is very exciting, and my FIFTH, count 'em, FIFTH RotK trailer (during Futurama at 11:14). How many do they make?! I know this one was different because it had the fall of Gandalf music playing in the background, and that hasn't been in any of the other 4. Also it looks like I've FINALLY located a theater that's going to do a midnight premier. Brother will see about tickets tomorrow (if he remembers). Still haven't found the Premier magazine though, but that's okay because [livejournal.com profile] orangesnow bought me one and is gonna mail it to me. *muah* You rock hard core, Sahara.

Guh. This night sucks.

He looked out into the bleary dreariness that is South L.A. encountering one of it's few rainstorms (though, he noticed, the dismal grey of smog and smoke was ever present on the horizon), and sighed. Rain was beading on the window looking out on the cement forest, racing down the pane only to regroup and start again, and he stared at their games fixedly, wondering how the hell he had ended up so far from home in this lifeless place. It seemed cold despite being around 22 degrees (for you Americans that would be the mid 70's in farenhieght), and he crossed his arms over his chest and let out a long shuddering sigh. The weather was gnawing at his insides, creeping in dismal grey thoughts and feelings, and he felt helpless against it. It was lonely here, a horrible empty place of being, and he hated it.

Is it just me, or has the journal update box gotten... bigger?? It looks different to me.

I saw the Boys sitting in the audience I think during that dog's comedy thing. That's about it, though.
