Predictably, Tim Burton gets snubbed for both Best Screenplay - Motion Picture and Best Director honors. Of course PJ got nominated for best director, so I guess I can root for him. But damnit, Tim Burton gets snubbed every time and that ticks me off. He's worked a heck of a lot harder and a heck of a lot longer than PJ for it, and no offense, but he deserves it. SIGH. Oh well. At least Danny Elfman got nominated for best score. WHEEEEEE! GO DANNY! IT'S YO BIRFDAY!

And on another note for those who care, Johnny Depp was nominated for Best Performance by an Actor in a Motion Picture - Musical or Comedy for his portrayal of Captain Jack Sparrow in Pirates of the Caribbean: The Curse of the Black Pearl. Yayness.

I think I'm gonna make a phone post when they do Best Score. Heh. That should be interesting. =D =D
