My computer is randomly destroying whole folders full of stuff. Icons, pictures, fangirl goodies... and the problem is growing. This is really starting to piss me off.

Bean gaped at him openly, then neatly knocked him off his seat, costume, wig and all. "You're not MY King until scene three thousand and fifty-eight, and only then if I decide you are. We'll just have to see."

"Pincushion!" Viggo snapped, scrambling to his feet and getting a very dirty look from several of the minders working the set. "Orc dinner! See if I don't let them eat you with chips and catsup!"


I really need to find the time to read fanfics again. Seriously.

That particular excerpt came from a slash story, but mild slash and something with an actual plot. I love the intereaction between the characters though.

Eh, multiple Orlando pairings. The scenes are slightly graphic but it's easy to tell when they're over the scene starts and the chapter ends when the scene is over.

The story deals with a prophecy. Viggo's part of a secret society that is interuptating this prophecy and it's concluded that it's about to come true and the prophecy is about Elijah.... And others will be coming to harm Elijah so Viggo is supoosed to protect him.

Anyway there's Orlando to take into account. He can read people's minds and he can write things into them. (for example Dom and Elijah have a missunderstanding so Orlando figures out the problem and then writes in Dom's head that Elijah didn't mean it and he should stop blaming himself and just talk to 'Lijah. And then he writes in Elijah that Dom honestly missunderstood him and he should talk to 'Lijah.) Anyway he was some sort of labrat and he escaped and he's hiding from people - I'm not far enough in to know his complete story though because he dosen't know it. Either way he has something to do with the prophecy. And it's all coming together.

But the character interaction is bolldy fantastic! They make good use of the nicknames like "soblome", "Filthy Human" "prissy elf" etc. And I LOVE the interaction between Hugo and Viggo all sorts of "girly elf lords" comments.
