My resolve wobbles every time a new celebrity I'm interested in signs up. Tonight I discovered Kiefer Sutherland, and a certain someone POUNCED on my moment of weakness like a hungry panther. *weeps*

That might be the force that drives me the furthest from Twitter. Celebrities do nothing for me. And do we really want to enable that guy from that TV show who won't shut up. (I refuse to even say his name.)

I guess, however, I am some sort of anti-technology snob or something.

It depends. I'm not the kind of person who feels the need to follow celebrity gossip, and most of it frankly bothers me. But I enjoy a good laugh now and again, and updates on projects I'm interested in. So, we shall see how it goes!

That guy from that TV show who won't shut up? I'm going to guess his name rhymes with Marly Bean, but due to the aforementioned aversion to celebrity gossip it's just a guess. If you meant Kiefer Sutherland, then them's fighting words, my friend. ;)

I'm not an anti-technology snob, I just know I tend on the side of being obsessive with following things, so I've limited myself to LJ for the last, oh, 12 years. I literally do not use anything else. If you never see me again, send help. I'm lost in twitter feeds. T_T

I gave in and got a twitter of my own recently, so don't feel bad. XD Granted I tend to either feel super weird about reading celebrities' twitterings or just don't care. I mainly signed up to follow union protest updates... but keeping in contact with Millimuns can't hurt either. :)
